HIFI Travel – We are a young, dynamic, enthusiastic team with a strong passion for the tourism industry.
After many time of learning and experiencing . We deciced to develop an eco tour in Hoi An. And most successful for us was “BASKET BOAT AND COOKING CLASS TOUR”
Our goal is just not inspire you, but also to provide amazing journeys for you, in order to offer the more professional services and unique experiences to all of their valued guests.

BASKET BOAT & COOKING CLASS TOUR

Visit a local market and sample fresh ingredients
Experience unique basket boat of Vietnam
Entertain by fishing on the river using a net and shaking the boat.
Enjoy relaxing with interesting foot soaking and nail services for the ladies.
Learn how to cook Vietnamese cuisine with local chef

Morning Tour: Adult: 32USD=730.000VND with Market tour
Kid 7-12: 500.000VND with Market tour
Children under 5 years old: free
Children 5-10 years old: 50%

Half day tour ( 8:30 am to 1:30 pm)

12:00pm to 5pm ( without market tour ) – Closed

8:00 am: Your guide will pick you up at your hotel from 8 am to 8:20 am by car or minivan.

You can explore local market.

9:00 am: Take round bamboo boat to cooking school at Cam Thanh fishing village. We join with the local fisherman in traditional round boats as we paddle in to coconut forest waterways to catch purple crabs , take photo,

10:00 am: Hand on cooking

12:05 pm: Enjoy what you cooked

1:30 pm: We will drop you of at your hotel or place you request.

NOTE: Free pick up or drop off around Hoi An only. Free pick up in Da Nang

HOW TO MAKE

Sweet and sour fish sauce

Steam rice paper

Fresh spring roll: (You use rice paper to make spring roll with tofu or pork, herbs..)

Then you can taste with fish sauce

Banana flower salad(mango or green papaya )

Crispy pancake (bánh xèo)

Beef noodle soup ( Phở Bò )

Grilled Aubergine with soya sauce

NOTE: There is no problem with Vegetarian we will change ingredients for you.

When your meal has been prepared you will enjoy what you cooked with steam rice.

Book on Klook => Different.

Don’t book at your hotel or on Klook, they will send you to other cooking that they can get money.

Check “Menu” what will you cook clearly before book. Children from 7 to 12 years old hand on cooking.

Under 7 years old is free (Make simple things only). Tour is conducted in English. Send us an email we will reply your email as soon as possible.

Really a great experience! Hien and her husband are really friendly and knowledgeable. We went to the local market, went on a boat trip, made a lantern and had a cooking class. Hien’s husband is a chef and it shows. He helped us prepare are fantastic meat! They adapted the ingredients to our diet wishes.

Superb activity with Hifi travel. Excellent pick up service from the hotel. The coconut boat tour was amazing and the lantern making was really enjoyable. The cooking class was the highlight of the day with a very fun chef and really tasty food. Really lovely family and a must do in Hoi An!

The most amazing family run experience in Hoi An. I am part of a group of young women travelling Asia, and everyone at Hifi Travel made me feel safe and welcome (the place is actually named after the couple’s 2 children which I think it a sweet touch.)
